Privacy Policy

This policy applies specifically to the NowPrism iOS app (“NowPrism”, “we”, “us”). NowPrism is operated by the same developer behind PlayLater. It is a visual editor for creating photo and Live Photo designs with real data stickers, motion exports, and liquid glass visual styles.

1. Data we collect

We collect limited data to provide app features, understand how the product is used, and diagnose reliability issues. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

• Other user content: photos, Live Photos, project content, exported media, templates, text, and sticker settings that you choose to import, edit, export, or save in the app.
• Search history: searches you perform when using optional content features, such as movie, lyric, music, place, or other sticker lookup flows.
• Product interaction: app launches, screen views, feature taps, import/export activity, paywall events, purchase or restore outcomes, and other first-party usage events.
• Other diagnostic data: technical information such as app version, OS version, locale, error domain, error code, and error message when something goes wrong.

2. Optional data-powered stickers

NowPrism uses optional system and content integrations only when you choose matching stickers or features.

• Photos and Live Photos: used to create projects and export still or motion outputs.
• Apple Music: used only when you choose music-related stickers or music lookup flows.
• HealthKit: used only with your permission and only to fill fitness stickers you choose. HealthKit data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data mining.
• Weather and location: used only when you choose weather or place-based stickers.
• Movie, lyric, and content search: search queries are used to return the content you request for the sticker or template you are creating.

3. How we use data

• Create, edit, save, and export your projects.
• Power optional real data stickers and lookup flows.
• Provide purchases, restore purchases, and manage access.
• Understand feature usage and improve the product.
• Detect, investigate, and fix errors or reliability issues.
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations.

4. Third-party processors

We use service providers to operate NowPrism. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services.

• Apple — App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, Apple Music, WeatherKit, HealthKit permissions, and system frameworks.
• PostHog — first-party product analytics and diagnostic events, configured without third-party advertising integrations.
• Search and content providers — optional movie, lyric, music, place, and related lookup providers used only for the searches you request.

5. Tracking and advertising

NowPrism does not use IDFA, does not run third-party advertising, does not sell your data, and does not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

6. Data retention

Projects and imported media remain under your control in the app unless you choose to export, share, or delete them. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve NowPrism, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Your choices

• You can grant or revoke Photos, Apple Music, HealthKit, location, and other system permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can delete local projects and imported media from within the app where supported.
• You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions from your Apple ID settings.
• You can contact us to ask questions or request help with your data.

8. Children

NowPrism is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as NowPrism changes. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
